Welcome to the website of Donald Currie, your local Piper based in Prestwick Ayrshire, available for weddings seven days a week in Ayrshire, Glasgow and the West of Scotland, to compliment your wedding and provide music and entertainment for you and your quests throughout the day.

I have a warm and genuine enthusiasm for each wedding, and through being professional, reliable and friendly I have built up a great reputation within the wedding business and come highly recommended by the top wedding venues and suppliers in the West of Scotland.

A wedding in Scotland is complete when you have your traditional Scottish Piper playing in the full highland pipers outfit.

I really enjoy playing the pipes at weddings, and have a passion and energy for the big day, for some agencies and groups it’s just another job, but I offer a more personal service, where I can guarantee you it’ll me who you’ll be dealing with, from your initial enquiry, through to discussing and planning your arrangements, and  music for the day, your written confirmation letter, and finally playing at your wedding in the full highland dress as per photographs on the website.

I take great pride in my uniform, appearance and performance and have gained many accolades and written recommendations from couples, and are more than happy to be involved in any photographs with your photographer or guests.
